When you share from what you KNOW, your confidence GROWS!
As a yoga teacher, the main way you help your students is through the cues you share. But what if you're sharing cues you were taught to say and you're not exactly sure what they mean?
It's okay..... there are different reasons for this and it's part of the way teachers are trained. You've got a real opportunity here to make a change because if you keep things as they are, it can lead to a lack of confidence and a teaching style where you're sharing confusing cues, filled more with buzzwords rather than simple, understandable words that your students will understand.
Through this video training, you'll learn how to evaluate cues, uncover the anatomy behind them AND, more importantly, identify the gaps in your knowledge that you need to fill so that you can provide clear and accurate cues.
Knowing what gaps you have in your knowledge will help you to make BETTER decisions about future trainings rather than continuing the cycle of taking training after training with lackluster results. Selecting programs that will give you the specific skills you need helps you to stop investing time and money without the return you want: that of transforming into a confident teacher who makes a big impact!
Now what? First, download and print out the template. You'll want that in front of you as you review the videos.
