Have you ever set a New Year's Resolution in January and by February you've lost your motivation?
That's because you're using sheer willpower to make change.
What you need is actual INFORMATION to EMPOWER you and help you make changes that will last. THIS is what's behind this weekend wellness event!
"The purpose of this event is to empower you to take charge of your health. You'll have access to important information about health and wellness AND you'll experience different things that will help you FEEL and MOVE better!
Without this, most of us just have the same old strategies to improve our health which just haven't worked. Without this, you might be at the same place you are today at the end of 2019.
WITH your participation in this event, you'll find NEW ways to improve your health and you'll give yourself the gift of wellness, both inside and out. This two day program is designed to help you learn and make changes that stick!" Karen Fabian, Founder, Bare Bones Yoga

"I've offered events in the past that are focused on yoga. I wanted to create something MORE, something MULTI-FACETED and something that would help people beyond what's available through movement only. Although of course, there will be movement involved, there's so much more: meditation, content from some of the brightest minds on how to move your life forward in health AND also give you a chance be inspired by hearing the personal stories of people who have faced challenges and created opportunities bigger than themselves. This is ALL contained in this weekend event! Join me and start your year with motivation, inspiration, education, meditation and movement."
